How to create a Continuous Calendar in Excel?

How would one create a Continuous Calendar in Microsoft Excel, I know how to create a Monthly Calendar but how would I make it a Continuous Calendar similar to this one here.

The file is just a normal worksheet with some basic functions and formatting, cant you just copy this one?

It's an assignment for a class, can't copy another person's work. We were taught how to make monthly calendars but weren't taught how to make a continuous calendar.

What have you tried and what problems are you having with that approach?

Making a monthly or continuous calendar would be the same no? Just don't stop the continuous one at the end of the month.
