How to Incorporate a side Menu MS Access 2010

Guys,
For the old version of MS Access, I remember someone develope some OCX or something related that was possible incorporate a side Menu.

Is there a way we implement the same thing on Access 2010 version onwards?

Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
