How to keep cells data and formatting update with each changes?

In Sheet 1 below are student and their subjects result and total.


Sheet 2 has their total per term.


How can I copy Column F and transpose it to Sheet 2 and still has the result and the formatting with every update from retest taken by student?


Student may retake the test and therefore the total score will change too. The end result will have the cell formatting in Sheet1 column F and Sheet 2 Row5 changes as well.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.

I removed the bad image attempt.

Note there are tools you can use to post screen images. They are listed in Section B of this link here: http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/board-a...forum-use.html.

Also, there is a Test Here forum on this board that you can use to test out these tools to make sure they are working correctly before using them in your question.

Mins. passing marks is 50 per subject, student who failed will have a retest for the subject. The higher mark of the two test will be taken as the final result.
Column E2:E6 are formatted with different Background color for total marks below 150 , marks between 150 and 199 and marks above 200.
Initial test result for all subject are tabulated and the formula apply to Column E2:E6, conditional formatting are apply to those cells accordingly.

Column E2:E6 are than transpose to Sheet2 with all the value and formatting respectively.

With every retest, revise marks will be input into the respective student and the subject. Total will be updated in Sheet1 and reflected in Sheet2 with the same cells formatting.
Sheet2 is like a view only sheet for all the student.
