Hello all,

I am trying to create a spreadsheet template for a Failure modes & Effects analysis. I can create the template but what would be ideal is if the ranking values entered would adjust based on the project selected.

For example If project 1 was selected all of the severity criteria cells would populate to the data for project 1.
Then if project 2 was selected these would adjust to the data for project 2.

Is there a way to store this data all in a single sheet rather than drawing it from separate sheets? I've tried my good friend google but to be honest I'm not certain on the search terms I should be using, or the potential complexity of this endeavour.

In glorious anticipation,
grace

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
