How to update link between two spreadsheet

HI !

I have two spreadsheets linked together. When I open the first one, it retreived its informations from the second one. I would like to know if I can do a macro to update the informations in the first spreadsheet from the second one without closing and reloading it !

This may not be the answer you want....but maybe make them 1 spreadsheet with 2 tabs instead of 2 separate spreadsheets.
