Hyperlink Forma to link to sheet

I have sheet name in A35 to A45 for eg A35 is Br1 Sales , A36 Br2 sale etc on sheet Summary


I want to set up hyperlink to the applicable sheet name by referencing the cell number on sheet Summary for eg A35, A35

 =HYPERLINK("#'A35'!")

once this is set up correctly I can then copy the formula down


it would be appreciated if someone can kindly assist me
