"IF" function for stock control

We are a charity organization and have a list of items we keep in stock. We need a simple formula that tells us when we need to reorder and the qty required For example:
I want to produce a stock sheet that indicates when items are to be ordered
For example:A: Stock Qty B:Min stock required C: Order qty
If A>B, then answer for C is "0"
If B>A then answer is for C is (B-A)

As you can appreciate I am a novice at this

Thanks for that - solves our problem. Only thing is qty required i.e., B2-A2 is a negative number. Can this be fixed?
