IFERROR with empty result in cell

hi

this is my vlookup

Code:
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(C6,'Database BA BB'!A3:C7,3,FALSE),"FAIL")

when C6 is empty will result E6 with FAIL text in cell. How do i make it empty. Only when C6 is fill with data.
