Import Data from Secured Microsoft Access to Power Query/Power BI

Hello,
I would like to ask, how to Import Data from Secured Microsoft Access to Power Query/Power BI?, I already have the Username and Password.
The Access File is locked by macro file!
Thanks in advance:)
