Hi,

I am trying to build a database with a search master page. My data is in separate sheets by country/Region, however they all have the same column headers.

On my search page, I have a list of criteria I want to search by. Currrently I have managed to make it work for 1 criteria for 1 Country (sheet) only.

In my results table I have used the following formula (changing the index Array to suit the relevant cells)

=IF($C$4="";"";IFERROR(INDEX(China[Port];SMALL(China[Search Match 1];[@Ref]));""))

My first question is now how to make this formula work to include other Countries/Sheets and secondly to add more criteria to search by.

Highly appreciate any help or suggestions.

Thanks
Andy

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
