How do you make sure error checks appear when an invalid number is inputted for calculations? E.g Numbers that does not end in .23 is entered, an error message should appear.

How would this be coded in VBA?

Thank ya'll

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Code:
Sub inputBoxValidation()

    Dim testVar As Variant
tryagain:
    testVar = InputBox("Please input a number that ends in .23")

    If Right(testVar, 3) <> ".23" Then
        MsgBox "Please try again"
        GoTo tryagain
    End If

End Sub
