Please help me with a formula to determine if a specific date is nth day of the month.

Specifically, I need to know if a date in column A is either the 2nd or 4th Thursday of the month. Column A is a list of all dates for an entire calendar year. The formula would be in column B and return TRUE if it's the 2nd or 4th Thursday of the month, or FALSE if it is not.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Here's another option, which I don't believe is version dependent:

=AND(WEEKDAY(A1)=5,OR(AND(DAY(A1)>=8,DAY(A1)<=14),AND(DAY(A1)>=22,DAY(A1)<=28)))

Eric, your solution seems to work perfectly. Thanks!
Johmo, I saw that article earlier when I was looking for a solution, but it seemed backwards to what I needed, as did every other potential solution, which is why I decided to post and ask the experts.
Thanks so much to both of you for your help!

Well it's not Exactly what you wanted, but it's a PART of it..
If you use that to find what date actually IS the 2nd thursday, THEN you can compare that Date to your original Date to get a True or False result.
