Issue with dates

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a series of date cells. The format I downloaded a batch of data is:

Jan 29, 2019

My issue is excel doesn't recognize this as a date, but as a text cell, despite my attempts to reformat the cells as dates.

Is there a way of converting this to a date easily?
