Hi,

I have a large dataset - below is just an small example.

Assume that the grid below reflects an excel spreadsheet - the second entry which has 2/9/17 is in cell B1.

I need to retrieve the largest value from a column that is based on three criteria, the date, the variable and the store being met.

If the date is 24/9/17, the store is Store 2, and the variable is QTY, what is the largest value from the column that meets all this criteria?

Any Help appreciated - Thanks.

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
So in your example, the answer is ...?
