Hello - Looking to see if there is a formula with the logic below:

Data
A1 = 10 B1=A
A2 = 20 B2=B
A3 = 30 B3=C
A4 = 110 B4=D
A5 = 120 B5=E
A6 = 130 B6=F
A7 = 210 B7=G
A8 = 220 B8=H
A9 = 230 B9=I

Result

C1=10 D1=A, E1=110 F1=D, G1=210 H1=G an abilty to drag the formulas to the right for about 100 times

Normally I would start with C1 to be +A1, but then how can I add to formula to go down 3 lines and pick up A4 etc.

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
A snap shot would look like this:

C1=10 D1=A, E1=110 F1=D, G1=210 H1=G
C2=20 D2=B, E2=120 F2=E, G2=220 H2=H
C3=30 D3=C, E3=130 F3=F, G3=230 H3=I

Abilty to drag the formulas to the right and down if possible as I have 100's of columns...

Thanks, but what happens beyond the snapshot? That is, in cell I1, would you have 310 or would it restart at 10?

Likewise, when it reaches the bottom, does it keep going or does it cycle? That is, column A goes to 230 in cell A9. The next cell down, A10, would it have 10 or 310?

- The data is variable so it could be anything. The example data could be like this:
Data
A1 = Joe B1=Cat
A2 = Tom B2=Dog
A3 = Harry B3=Pig
A4 = Mark B4=Elephant
A5 = Jack B5=Turkey
A6 = Will B6=Chicken
A7 = Tim B7=Bird
A8 = Sam B8=Rooster
A9 = Pat B9=Fish
Etc. etc

I think above answers this question? It does not cycle.
