Lookup in cells that is filled with colour

Hi Guys,

As the title indicated, I tried the Vlookup formulas in cells which is filled in colour to indicate the Status, but it doesn't look up the value(colour)

Could anyone help me to come up with a formula to look up the colour as per items?

any help would be greatly appreciated !

You can't look up colours, you need a value. Is there anything in the cells that can be used?
