Macro to pull the 4 most recent dates from a list of dates

Hi Everyone,

We Get reports every so often but there is no set date or day.

I have this data in a sheet "Data G" and add the date it arrives in Column N
I'm creation a report that show the last 4 reports so I need to get the dates of these,

So down Column N is a list of Dates many are the same as lots of data come in each report.

I want to find the latest 4 unique dates and put then in sheet "Dashbaord" Range A1:A4

any ideas how i can do this
