Hello everyone

I need a meeting request system. I've tried myself, but at this point I might need a little help from the community as I'm not an expert at all. The basic idea is as follows:
1. A bunch of command buttons in an excel sheet (setup by time, day and meeting room), and when clicked it changes from available (green button) to occupied (red button)

this step i could fix myself - and i've done that already

2. I would like a list to pop up with email-addresses with the option to choose who's attending, as well as a msgbox with commands

3. After selecting attendants the meeting request is sent with outlook and added to the calendar.

The last two steps seems too complicated for my capabilities.. Has anyone in here made something like this, or do you have any suggestions?

I'd like to hear your opinions :)
