Merge duplicate rows

I am trying to merge rows without duplicating items.
For example:
if row 2 cell 5 said "sugar cookies" and row 3 cell 5 said "sugar cookies" the merged data in row 2 cell 5 displays "sugar cookies,sugar cookies" Is there a way to only display the merged data once if the cells are duplicates?

From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
you can try PowerQuery with List.Distinct()
