Hey guys,

I'm creating a pivot table where I want to measure the month over month growth. It's working great, except the problem I am having is when the dates go from 2017 to 2018. It just stops a Jan 2018, because it's a new year and treats it as the base for that year. But I want to calculate the M/M growth of Jan 2018 over Dec 2017, but it's not doing that. How can I accomplish this? Here is a screenshot of my pivot table below. I apologize for how huge it is!!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
