Need Help Please with Math in excel

I need a formula to find the percentage of savings in a specific range of cells.

So far i have this, but I keep getting a value error.

=SUM((W19:W28)-(X19:X28))/(W19:W28)x100

Then i need the total of that equation diveded by this range (W19:W28) which should give me the percentage. But I cannot figure out how to get this to work in excel. Please any help would be great!!

Perhaps it should be

=(SUM(W19:W28)-SUM(X19:X28))/SUM(W19:W28)*100

No need to sum it twice :P

= (1 - SUM(X19:X28) / SUM(W19:W28)) * 100
