Need to coulnt only filled cells, when the number changes daily

Right, I am using the countIF and Countas formulas for calculations on my quote register at work. This will grow daily, so the range will increase....Right now if I count only the actually filled cells it will return a different result to if I change it to what I thin will be filled before I then archive...

Its to calculate a sales % so I need it to be accurate.

This is what I am using, it is pulling the data from a different sheet, and there are different options for the bold part so that changes per column:

=COUNTIFS(Database!$G$2:$G$199, "=3rd Party Products",Database!$O$2:$O$199,"=ORDER")/COUNTA(Database!$O$2:$O$199)

HELP please :(
