Only show unique dates based on two criteria

Hi,
I want to show in one cell, each unique date that a pet visited based on pet type, but i want to group cats and dogs.
If I have customer name in A, pet type in B, and pet visit date in C.

ColA,ColB,ColC
Lucy,Dog,2/1/2019
Lucy,Cat,2/1/2019
Lucy,Lizard,1/8/2019
Lucy,Dog,12/12/2018

Answer:
ColD"Cats/dogs"
12/12/2018, 2/1/2019

This will work if you have Excel365 Insider. It extracts the dates of cat and dog visits by the animals' owner.
