I have a tab titled "Data" I would like to have a macro that would open a folder where i can select file to open in this tab. For example, run macro it would open C:\files and there i can select the file i would like to open within the "Data" tab.

Any help appreciated.

Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
