Overwriting Access table with Excel sheet

Hello, hoping I can get some help with this problem. I am trying to make it so I can copy some data in an excel worksheet and transfer it to an existing table in Access. I was this to overwrite all the data in the access table with the new information from excel. I would like all of this to be done in VBA. Thank you!!
 

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
