Hi,
I am struggling to achieve something that I feel should be fairly straightforward. I have created a Pivot Table that lists countries (row) and product type (column) and sums the quantities. I then sorted this to show the top 10 countries, which now appear in alphabetical order. I now want to show these in order of quantity sold, but cannot seem to do this. Any suggestions welcome!

Many thanks,
Doug.

Hi,

Under the Countries field options select advanced and then specidy the sort using the Quanity Sold field rather than the Countries one.

Hope it helps,

Dom
