Reg Updation of details in a weekly calendar..using excel 2003

Hi friends,

My Query:

I have an excel sheet which contains an weekly calendar
i have radio buttons fr weeks(say week1,week2...week5)
combo box for choosing month and year

now for example

if i enter particular data in a cell with date july 1st...i.e; 1st week ,july month...year 2009 selected
When i try to change week r month r year...im getting same value in the 1st cell

july1st value is in 1st cell for week1...and wen i changed to week2
same value is there for july8th
and same value wenevr i change month r year r week

so can ny1 help me....i want details to b updated...wen i enter data for one cell...fr particular week month year...it shud b for oly dat day...and not for others

hi friends,
I hve a weekly calendar where fr each date i hve to enter some data...once if week changes that data shud b refreshed and so that i enter new data there...but old datas shud b preserved.

MY idea:

for this ..i have to save the data in other sheet which acts like a database based on year,month,date and time as parameters

but i need to hve this database in column wise like

content year month day time
------------------------------------

so i dont know in which cell the content is to be added...it can b anywhere in the range(name of the range is 'mon').
so how to find where data is added in that range

and then save that data in a cell on other sheet....

plz do help me..its urgent
