Remove duplicates based on criteria macro

Hello,

I'm struggling with removing duplicates based on criteria.
I want to delete all duplicates based on Task ID (column AA) with criteria of completed Date (column K)
Result would be delete all rows without completed date (column K) and leave rows with date info (column K)
In original file I have over 9000 rows

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
