Hi,

I'm putting together a skills matrix in excel, the scoring is from 1 -5 however not all skills relate to each person. If I wanted to work out the average, how do I amend the formula to exclude that cell being part of the formula?

=ROUND(AVERAGE(G8:G64),0)

Thanks guys!

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Perhaps =round(averageif(a1:a5,">0")) ( assuming you have no negative numbers)

Does thsi work?

=ROUND(AVERAGEIF(G8:G64,"<>NA",G8:G64),0)

If you mean #N/A and not NA then adjust the formula.
