Thanks to assistance in this forum, I now understand how to easily created a pivot table that shows months as columns. What I am now stuck on is to show multiple rows correctly. For example, I now have:

Merchant Amount Sold for Januay Amount Sold for February etc

What I want to add is:

Merchant Amount Sold for January Amount Sold for February
# sold for January # sold for February
commissions earned for Jan commissions earned for February

Ideall, the Merchant fields would have a + so I could expand and see the other rows, or collapse if not.

I have tried all kinds of variations but haven't succeeded in creating the table I need.
Thanks for helping me slowly but surely get this Pivot concept down!

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Never mind- I figured it out but don't know how to delete a post :)
