Search for a phrase the return the number below

Hello,
I’m trying to figure out a formula which will search a sheet for a phrase and then display the number which will be two cells below?

Any help would be appreciated

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
