Search Range within a range

Hi all,
Hope can you help me. I have two columns (Start Time, End Time). For example:

Start Time	End Time	Duration in sec
8:35 AM	8:45 AM	600
8:40 AM	8.50 AM	600
9:10 AM	11:00 AM	180,000
10:00 AM	11:01 AM	3,660

<tbody>
</tbody>

And I want to see if there is a range within the range of "Start Time" and "End Time". For example:

Range	Count
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM	2 ( first and second row)
9:00 - 10:00 AM	1 (third row)
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM	2 (second row and thrid row)

</tbody>

But I cant figure out how
