Hi,

I have got 8 different types of components and each component has a quantity of up to 150 pieces. Each piece gets measured and marked with a serial number.
I have a basic spreadsheet to capture the data (https://imgur.com/a/6xcAM). Pretty straightforward. with some conditional formatting to make sure the dimensions are correct.

The above spreadsheet is called 'MCD-001'

Each component needs its own 'inspection sheet' where it has just the critical dimesons on. (https://imgur.com/KsMStwz)

The above inspection spreadsheets for each are called 'INSP-PART-001', 'INSP-PART-002' etc, etc.

At the minute I change the 'serial number' in B1 and each dimensions value will VLOOKUP the dimensions from MCD-001 and place them in F6-F12. Then I print out the inspection sheets.

My question is, as I have approx 650 components to print out is there some sort of quick way or macro I can use to print our serial number 1-150 and it will print and auto fill each dimension on each page?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
