set actions for gain/ loss focus on modeless userform

Hi,
I have a Modeless userform, I want to run a code when UF losses its focus to excel worksheet and also another code runs when it gain focus. My actual concern is when I am changing the current worksheet. I want to reload the comboboxes values based on the new sheet data.

Can anybody help? Or anybody knows a better / alternative way?

Excel Facts
