Good evening. The spreadsheet I've been working on is for my students to use as their training log. I've been trying to make the lists in the column of Exercise 1 and 2 dependent on the Training Split. Meaning when a person picks a training split like Legs And Back or Flexibility, all the exercises should show up in list form for the columns of Exercise 1 and 2. (So you're able to follow my problem, here's a recording of my screen and problem https://youtu.be/uGdS3Ina1FU

I've tried doing that by following this youtube video https://youtu.be/aidOWOsMdD8, but have only had success in making the Exercise 1 column dependent on the Training Split. When I tried to make the Exercise 2 column dependent as well on the Training Split, I get an error message. I tried to understand what I did by clicking on Show Formula, but I think it doesn't work because I used named ranges. If someone can explain to me how to correct this problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

P.S. I hope I followed the correct format in presenting my question.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Just repeat the process like cell F7,
activate cell i7, on 'Data' Ribbon select 'Data Validation', on 'Allow:' combobox select 'List' then on 'Source:' textbox put this formula =INDIRECT(SUBSTITUTE(E7," ",""))
