I have some drop down boxes that list names of associates that work stations on another sheet. When I select a name, I'd like for that name's cell on the other worksheet to be auto-filled. How would I go about that? Conditional formatting only seems to fill the cell in the drop down box, and not on the other worksheet that it draws that name from.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
That proably isn't enough for someone to help. Specifically, what do you mean "auto-fill?"

Might you show relevant portions of the worksheets? You can use pictures but using the XL2BB add-in is better as we can see your formulas. See the XL2BB link upper right which includes instructions. It is somewhat easy to use. Once installed it appears in Excel's ribbon. Select cells and the copy to clipboard using the minisheet option. Paste the text from the clipboard into the reply box here.
