Using Excel Data for online reports

I want my group to be able to search my excel membership data from the web. I want it secure, we currently have a sign in forum (phpbb) which is where we would like to place it. Is where a web application for this, or a software that I can install that will allow the user to search the data and get a report?

Sounds like one for the SQL guys to me, I'm not sure you want to use excel to do this though as it would mean giving access to your full database table. Perhaps head over to the phpbb forum and see if someone has an addon for it.
