I appreciate anyone's help on this. If this VLOOKUP statement returns a "#N/A" error, I would prefer the cell to be displayed blank, or return a zero. How do I use the IFERROR function to accomplish this? Thanks - Tom

=VLOOKUP(A4,idoc,10,FALSE)

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Thank-you very much for the quick reply to my question, it worked perfect and my worksheet is much less cluttered... Much appreciated - Tom
