variable x axis on graphs

Hi there,

I have a series of data: in row 1 I have price data (which I want on the y axis), in row 2 I have years (which I want on the x axis). The time periods will vary from 1-100.

I am trying to create a graph that will change the length of the x-axis depending on the number of entries. So for example, one scenario may run to 75 years, another to 25 years. 100 is the limit.

I have tried using methods on http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/Dynamics.html, but with no luck.

Is it possible to name a range that will only pick up non-blanks, as this would solve the issue. Alternatively, is there a way to use formula in the graph wizard?

Thanks a lot - I've hit a brick wall here!!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
