VBA Acting Up

I have been working on a project for a while now. I have the file on a flash drive. I tried working on it at my GF's and Excell is CTD for some reason. The project is using combo boxes to make a selection and then put them in a named range.
This has been working fine right up to now. This happens with at least two so far. I renamed the range just to see what would happen cut still got the CTD. Then I tried one other combo box and it got as far as writing it then CTD!

I ran a virus scan, found nothing.

Out of ideas.
Can anyone think of anything?

Edit: just tried another working project with combo boxes and it all works fine.

Thanks

If that file works on some computers, but not others, check what references are set and if any are labelled as "MISSING"

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Gosh, I thought it meant circling the drain...

Look how far we've come in 11 posts!

OK I tried it at home and it works fine. It was working fine here too. So I reinstalled Excel and it still does the same thing.

I don't know what is meant by "check what references are set and if any are labelled as "MISSING""???? Can you explain that a little please.

Thanks for the help so far guys :)

To check your references....
ALT + F11 >> Tools>> references.

Look in the table for any that come up as missing and tick

That's OK....as long as none in the list say MISSING !!

Well things have gotten worse.

I reinstalled MS Office. It gives me a list of problems:
1) system couldn't create a SYSTEM.MDW file. It says to run the "WorkGroup Administrator" no clue what that is.
2) an error has occuredat changing workgroup database.

MS Word would run fine but Excel would open up for a moment and crash.
Went through the uninstall, clean registry using CCleaner, reboot and reinstall as admin

Now it starts and runs but I get....."Compile error Cant find project or library" WTF! LoL

back to google!
