Can someone help me with VBA Code for doing a Cntrl+Shift+Home. I want to be able to do select content from anywhere in my last column to first cell in spreadsheet because my my macro deals with spreadsheets that have the same number of columns/columns but have different number of rows. Thanks.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Why not try recording a macro & see what it gives you?

Code:
Sub CtlShftHme()
    ActiveCell.Select
    Range(Selection, Cells(1)).Select
End Sub
