[VBA] Find particular value in range

Using Microsoft Excel 2007, VBA

I am trying to display an error message if a range is missing '0' or '100', or is empty.

I figured out how to display error when the selected range is empty, but I cannot figure out how to find if a particular value exists within a range and return an error if there isn't.

one way is to use a COUNTIF in the VBA code, if the count is 0 then the value doesn't exist in the range like

if Application.WorksheetFunction.Countif("yourrange","0")=0 then
    msgbox "Value doesn't exist"
End if

There's also the

range.find

option
