VBA First Letter color and font size

I am trying to adjust the first letter size and color to a name list in excel. Specifically, names are black and size 150 font but I want the first letter to be dark blue and size 200. I am close on the VBA but can't quite get it to work. Thanks in advance.

   .Font.size = 200
   .Font.Color = vbBlue
