VBA Help: Cut Excel column and insert

I am looking for some assistance in creating a VBA macro for Excel. The macro should cut column "C' and then insert it into column "G'. If anyone would be willing to help it would be much appreciated.

Do you mean insert column "C" before column G, or paste column C into column "G"?

Thank you for asking. I mean insert column "C" before column G. I simply want to rearrange the columns, not over-write.
