VBA with Bloomberg data

Hi

I have a VBA code which downloads data from Bloomberg (via API) into excel for a list of securities. Once the data has downloaded/refreshed the code then creates a pivot table. However, when the pivot table is created there are some fields which appear as though they have not refreshed/loaded, even though I can see that they have.

I tried to resolve this by putting a time delay between downloading data via Bloomberg and creating a Pivot table, but that doesn't seem to help

Any idea what I should be doing ?

Thanks
