Hi everyone!

Just tried using the VB HTML Maker xla add-in....after selecting it within the Add-Ins dialogue box, I came up with the following error.

My Setup;
PC - LotsGbRAM
OS - Win10 (64 Bit)
Office Pro - 2013

Error that came up once I enabled the Add-In

Any idea's on a workaround...? I think it has something to do with the 64 Bit architecture of my OS...!

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
64 bit windows can run 32 bit apps fine

does clicking help give you specific info or is it general help? probably tells you why

Is your office version 32bit or 64bit?

That is your issue not the operating system. It was a problem a while back and I can't remember if a solution was produced.
As a workaround until someone confirms whether a solution was produced try the Rory A addin in my signatuture block as I am sure it is 64 bit office compliant.

my only guess is there is an excel version incompatibility. did you write the code in modMain?

MARK858.....you have confirmed my suspicions....thank you.

Cerfani....no I didn't but alas, MARK858 seems to have resolved my issue. I haven't yet tried Rory's add-in.

Thanks all for your help. Much appreciated.

Sorry but thought you were stating the HTML maker not the vbhtml maker. Same issue but Rory's addin is not a substitute for that I am afraid.
You are restricted to just using code tags.
