Hello,

I created a form in access and was scrolling through the records, but I don't see any records. There are 4 records in the table tied to this form, but while scrolling to the next record it is blank. What am I missing? I see the refID changing and the date reviewed is also changing but all other fields are blank. Is this because they are combo boxes?

Thank you

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
make sure all your field boxes, (text or combo ) have the control source set to the correct field.

and that the query the form is set to produces data. (some queries pull zero data). This wont apply if the form is set to a table.

Hello,

Thank you so much. I can't believe it was as simple as having the control source set to the correct field. LOL!!
I was starting to go crazy googling an answer for this and finding nothing but codes that were not working for me. LOL!

Thank you
