Hi ,

Basically I have a large table with 3 columns:

Column A has mens names
Column B has the building site location they are currently on
Column C has their job type

At the very top of my worksheet i have created a Vlookup search box to choose from a drop down list of men, once the man is selected the adjacent cells prepopulate with which site he is on and the job he does.

Now i need to inverse it and Choose a site from the drop down box and then return a list of all the men working on that site, from the stated table.

I have tried Vlookup but it only returns the top name, I need to get the full list,

I just cant get my head around the INDEX and ARRAY functions.

Can anyone help?

To note, i cannot use VBA yet so please try and give me a simple beginner answer :) Thanks

Thanks

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
