Where to edit comment of cells

Where can I edit comments of the cells below?

Right-click the cell and select the item labeled "Edit Comment".

If you want to do it via the Ribbon, select the Review tab... the "Edit Comment" button is on the "Comments" panel.

The popup menu you posted shows "Insert Comment" which means you right-clicked a cell that does not have a comment in it. If you want to put a comment into that cell, select the "Insert Comment" item. Once you place a comment in a cell, the "Insert Comment" will become "Edit Comment" when you right-click it.

The one I mentioned is different from comment. Comment is one highlighted in Red below, while the one I am talking about, is in Green below.

The green triangle is an error notation.
Click on tha triangle to see what the error denotes.
