Finding data for multiple worksheets to enter on main sheet

Hope someone can help me figure out a formula or way to handle the below.
I need to tell sheet one to go search for information in the other sheet and if there is any to populate that cell with the information found.
Example: sheet (1) cell E9 need to got sheet (3) to see if roll 45 contains the name "Delloyd" if so copy official time in row 48 into sheet (1) cell E9.
Can this be done?
